Welcome to St George's Church Cricket Club and all who would like to play friendly cricket.
We play mainly Saturdays [40 overs aside] and some mid week evenings [20 overs aside] as well as having a tour to the Lake District in late August.
We have been playing since 1975 when we had a marrieds v batchelors match on Soldiers Field, Roundhay Park.
We now play at Harewood House and the pitch is through the main gates and 150yds down on the left hand side.
Many of our players either go to St George's Church by the LGI in Leeds or to other Leeds churches. Others don't and that is no issue for us - all are welcome to play. We have about 30 players on the website.
We won the National Churches Cricket Cup in August 2005.

Under the government's new Points Based Managed Migration system, cricket clubs will now need to obtain a sponsor licence from the UK Borders Agency in order to bring cricketers and coaches from outsi
